Dear S |
I have a friend and I love to send him things I find out on the interwebs. It's good; we have a very similar sense of humor and, truth be told, I miss him during the day so I feel better when I send him these little tidbits. The problem? I feel like I send him a frillion emails a day and I don't want to pester him. The solution? Instead of emailing him, make a tumblr post and pester the whole world. |
Knitted lab animals in actual dissection trays. I love twisted craft projects. As my friend Jen (who showed this to me) said, “I am in love with whoever made it. Imagine sitting next to them on the subway as they knit lungs.”In my (all-boys) 7th grade biology class I instigated a (losing) campaign against dissecting frogs on humane grounds. I doubt this would have helped.
this is too freaky because i just dreamt that i was dissecting a knitlike creature and its artery looked like soggy blue celery. true story.
I love it when I find Emily’s knitting on the web! (Right now she has 25 notes and reblogs.)
SICK! In a good way.

That’s way cool (but it’s far too clean.).
I want to make one. Now.
This is like my best dream and worst nightmare all rolled into one. And then pinned down for me to stick my fingers in.
Them there lungs actually look like felted roving, meaning they wouldn’t be knitted, really, but it still looks totally...
